We are recruiting for a recognized Swiss industrial company & Project Quality Engineer. We are looking for a recognized Swiss industrial company, a reference player in the field of very high precision components intended for demanding sectors such as aerospace, automotive and others. The company stands out for its excellence, technical know-how and quality-oriented culture. In the context of strengthening its teams, we are looking for a Project Quality Engineer. Reporting to the Quality Department, you will play a key role in risk management, product and process compliance. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading project quality from the development phase to quality standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, etc.)- Acting as the quality interface with customers and internal teams (R&D, production, methods, supply chain)- Managing non-conformities, conducting root cause analyses (8D, Ishikawa, 5 whys) and following up on action plans- Contributing to the quality management system (ISO) and participating in internal and external audits - Promoting a continuous quality culture within project teams.Desired profile: - Engineering degree (generalist, mechanical, or quality)- 4 to 5 years of experience in industrial quality, ideally in a series production environment - First experience in Switzerland is highly appreciated - Solid knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, 8D, SPC, PPAP, APQP - Experience with ISO standards appreciated - Rigor, analytical spirit, and excellent sense of professional English. jidb10cf90aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
