Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional support and service across multiple channels. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and multilingual abilities will help foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently
• Handle data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and order details in our systems
• Manage outbound calls to follow up on orders, gather feedback, or promote new products or services
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, transactions, and resolutions for future reference

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
• Bilingual abilities in English and another language are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
• Strong data entry skills with proficiency Google applications and general computer literacy
• Familiarity with sales techniques and client service best practices to enhance customer engagement
• Experience in outbound calling or analysis skills will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are essential
• Prior experience in customer service roles involving analysis skills or client interactions will support success in this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
