Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary

We are a busy, fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, thinking on their feet, and being part of a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible for licensure in Utah)
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a dynamic clinical setting
• Compassionate and patient-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Some schedule flexibility to meet patient and clinic needs
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment
