In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll work within our fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring that every order is processed with speed and precision. Your tasks will include using scanning technology, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This position is central to our Logistics operations, and attention to detail is paramount. Strict adherence to Safety protocols is required, including the mandatory use of PPE . The job involves standing for extended periods, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We are dedicated to fostering a safe and productive work environment and provide comprehensive training to all our associates. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before shipment.
- Stage packed orders in the designated shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and facility.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely (training provided).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety .
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE , such as safety glasses, gloves, and comfortable footwear.
- Contribute to team goals and support a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long durations, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory management principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
