Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory movements.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of inventory.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies, including proper PPE usage.
- Support logistics operations by providing accurate inventory information.
- Occasional tasks may involve light Lifting, up to 30 lbs, during stock checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an inventory clerk, warehouse associate, or in a related role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
