Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory movements.
  • Ensure proper organization and labeling of inventory.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies, including proper PPE usage.
  • Support logistics operations by providing accurate inventory information.
  • Occasional tasks may involve light Lifting, up to 30 lbs, during stock checks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as an inventory clerk, warehouse associate, or in a related role.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
