Job Summary:
Join our thriving warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, as an Inventory Clerk! This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our extensive inventory. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records within our logistics system. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with the logistics and receiving teams to resolve any stock issues and implement process improvements. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure proper stock placement.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze data for trends.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate low stock alerts.
  • Support the logistics team in managing stock rotation and aging inventory.
  • Ensure all inventory is handled and stored appropriately to prevent damage.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in periodic physical inventory counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
  • Commitment to safety and proper handling of materials.
