We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing hand-held scanners and other equipment to locate, retrieve, and prepare items. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to Safety are paramount. This position involves significant physical activity, including constant Walking, Standing, and moderate Lifting. Experience with order picking and packing processes is a plus. You will be an integral part of our Logistics team, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our warehouse operations. We emphasize a culture of Safety and provide all necessary training and equipment, including PPE, to ensure a secure work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order contents against customer orders.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize proper Lifting techniques.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of Logistics operations.
