Job Summary:

This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, which is fundamental to our logistics operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal stock levels. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to identify and resolve inventory issues, improve stockroom organization, and implement best practices for inventory management. We are seeking individuals who are meticulous, organized, and understand the importance of precise inventory data for efficient supply chain management.   • Performing daily cycle counts and physical inventories accurately.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies between system inventory and physical stock.
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all inventory movements and adjustments.
  • Coordinating with receiving and shipping departments to ensure proper inventory handling.
  • Identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and reporting findings.
  • Ensuring proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
  • Adhering to all warehouse Safety regulations and protocols.
  • Using appropriate PPE and following safe lifting practices.
  • Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other inventory software.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with inventory management software, and experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
