Key duties involve utilizing warehouse equipment, managing inventory within our system, and ensuring that all items are handled with care. The role involves significant standing, walking, and potentially moderate Lifting. Safety is a top priority; we provide comprehensive training and require the use of appropriate PPE at all times. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, adaptable to changing priorities, and possesses excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a strong advantage. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse operations and logistics tasks as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
