We are seeking a diligent and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Boise, Idaho. The Material Handler will be responsible for a variety of physical tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of materials within our warehouse. This role is crucial to our operations, supporting the smooth flow of goods from receiving to shipping. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials from storage to production or shipping areas, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure accurate inventory counts and proper handling of products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials onto and off of pallets, skids, and trucks.
- Transporting materials to and from designated places within the warehouse.
- Using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Following all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures for efficient warehouse operations.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
