Become a Fulfillment Associate at our San Antonio, Texas distribution center! This dynamic role is crucial for the efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed within our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards and Safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
- Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting and moving packages.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently to meet fulfillment timelines.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery and scanning equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work attitude.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to all Safety procedures and wear mandated PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
