We are seeking a motivated and reliable Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team in Orlando, Florida. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Verify product identification and quantity against order details.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and products are stored properly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
- Understand and follow all Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
