We are looking for energetic Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse facility in Tampa, Florida. This role is critical to ensuring our products reach customers quickly and in excellent condition. You'll be responsible for accurately picking items from our inventory and expertly packing them for shipment. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation, this is the job for you. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Pick items from inventory using pick sheets or RF scanners.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Operate various warehouse equipment and tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and replenishment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes within our logistics framework.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations is paramount.
- Proper use of required PPE is mandatory.
