We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in the entire order process, from picking and packing to shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
- Contribute to overall team efficiency and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strict adherence to company safety policies and proper use of PPE .
- Familiarity with logistics and order fulfillment processes is beneficial.
