This role is at the heart of our fulfillment process, directly impacting our ability to deliver orders accurately and efficiently to our customers. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. We are seeking energetic individuals who are detail-oriented, fast-paced, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity while adhering to strict Safety standards. Your contribution is vital to our logistics operations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are key. We prioritize a Safe working environment and require all associates to follow safety protocols diligently and use all mandated PPE. Key tasks include:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Inspecting picked items for any defects or discrepancies.
- Packing orders securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintaining an organized and clean workstation.
- Assisting with inventory counts as needed.
- Following all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
