Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will ensure that inventory is managed accurately and efficiently, contributing directly to the seamless flow of our supply chain. Safe operation of warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (with proper certification and training), will be a key part of your role. We maintain a strong focus on safety, and all employees are required to strictly follow safety procedures and utilize the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical resilience, as it involves considerable Lifting and manual handling of products throughout your shift. Attention to detail is critical for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Organize and restock inventory on warehouse shelves.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of objects up to 60 lbs.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
