Join our growing logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as an Order Picker! We are looking for dedicated individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders within our distribution center. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and correct shipments, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You'll be working with modern equipment and systems to fulfill orders efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse stock based on pick lists or RF scanner instructions.
- Verify product information and quantities for each order to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare selected items for the next stage of the logistics process (packing/shipping).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, free from obstructions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to your supervisor.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret picking instructions accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices is beneficial.
