Become a vital part of our logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to perform a variety of warehouse duties, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and fulfilling customer orders. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be engaged in frequent movement, including walking, standing, and significant Lifting. We place a strong emphasis on safety, and all employees are expected to rigorously follow safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries. You will operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training may be provided), to move materials throughout the facility. Contributing to a clean and organized work environment is also a key responsibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys an active job and wants to build a career in the warehouse and logistics sector. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified/trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following instructions and safety guidelines.
