Administrator – Substance Misuse Service (Mon–Fri) Location: Manchester Rate: £15.98 per hour (Ltd) Contract Type: Temporary Agency Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client within the Substance Misuse sector for an experienced Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team delivering vital services to the local community. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to clinical and operational teams Managing patient records and accurately updating databases Handling appointment bookings and service correspondence Supporting service users with queries in a professional and confidential manner Liaising with internal departments and external agencies Assisting with reporting, audits, and general office dutiesRequirements: Previous experience within a Substance Misuse service, NHS setting, or medical practice Strong organisational and time?management skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems (e.g. Criss)Why work with Service Care Solutions?
