Senior Project Manager

The firm is expanding its project management capacity to support a growing volume of complex institutional work.

This role is being created to bring in a senior-level professional who can oversee multiple projects, support Principals with delivery strategy, and help maintain consistency across teams.

• Oversee multiple architectural projects from design through construction

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcing

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

• Coordinate internal project teams and external consultants

• Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation

• Identify and manage project risks and issues

• Ensure quality control and adherence to firm standards

• Support mentoring and development of project teams

• Work closely with Principals on delivery strategy and workload planning

Must-haves:

• Significant experience managing architectural projects

• Strong background in institutional or public-sector work

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Revit and architectural documentation workflows

• Solid understanding of OBC and municipal approvals

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships

• Comfortable leading teams and making decisions

• Experience with schools or long-term care specifically

• Formal project management training or certification

• Experience managing multi-project portfolios

• Interest in contributing to long-term firm growth and strategy
