We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our local sales office. This role is key to developing high-impact visual content that supports our agents, showcases their listings, and promotes our brand across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative designer with a strong understanding of branding, layout design, and production processes, as well as a passion for creating polished, engaging marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design branded marketing collateral including listing presentations, brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, and digital ads. Create social media graphics, website visuals, and email templates to support agent marketing and company campaigns. Support agents and teams with custom marketing requests while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop new templates and campaign assets. Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality. Communicate with external vendors for printing and production needs. Contribute ideas and design concepts to team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools to keep marketing assets fresh and effective. Maintain organized project files and asset libraries. Track billable design hours when applicable for internal and agent billing. Meet all deadlines in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in real estate, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus. Familiarity with digital and print production, including pre-press standards. Strong layout, typography, and branding skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in both Mac and PC environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus but not required. Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Wage:
$25.00 - $27.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
