What Drives Success
Supports Functional teams during data preparation/profiling migration, and validation phases, helping to identify and resolve data quality issues and verifying results directly in SAP. Work closely with business users to understand evolving data needs and support enhancements throughout the data lifecycle. Contribute to related projects involving master data applications that integrate with the systems platform. Examines and audits data for discrepancies, corrects errors, and reconciles data to ensure accuracy at various stages of data processing. Ensures completeness and conformity with established policies and procedures. Identifies master data inconsistencies across business units and facilities and recommends standardization Own the creation, positive and negative testing, and validation of data templates and tools to ensure data quality and readiness for upload into SAP systems. Develop, document and maintain master data management standards for product, customer and vendor data, enforce data governance procedures and guarantee data integrity across systems. Ownership and responsibility for total data quality inclusive of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Capture, analyze and provide insights into weekly and monthly KPIs. Collaborate with functional leaders, IT experts and process teams to analyze systems for errors, troubleshoot integration issues and eliminate data entries. Make end-to-end process recommendations or improvements. What We Are Looking For
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years of related experience in
SAP ERP ecosystem At least 3 years of experience in
SAP Supply Chain Master Data (Materials, Vendors and Customers) and Transactional data Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and comfortable working with data queries (e.g., SQL). Strong understanding of
SAP MM(Material Management) and Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay , Order to Cash processes Excellent communication (verbal and written). Conduct workshops independently to drive
SAP Data
designs Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines. Passion for "Data Quality" Asks the question why. Working Knowledge of Data Governance Principles. Exposure to MDM tools(EBX/Informatica/SAP MDG/Stibo etc.) Critical Skills :
Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (vlookup function, creating charts, data analysis) Proficient knowledge of SAP MM, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash processes Past Data Migration experience in in SAP Transformation programs
What We Offer
Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.)
Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$87,000-$110,000
annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
