Essential functions include up-selling/cross-selling to the existing customer base, maintaining and developing positive customer relationships, achieving or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly quotas for the systems installation business, building long-term relationships with contractors, following construction bidding, creating new market share, utilizing approved marketing materials, following up with prospects and bids, establishing call plans, maintaining knowledge of products/services, conducting post installation follow-up, monitoring progress, completing documentation, and completing other projects. Required competencies include a strong work ethic, ability to read and interpret blueprints, ability to collaborate and communicate, education, experience, eligibility requirements, technical aptitude, customer service, negotiation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Work environment includes moderate noise levels, normal office/field environment, ability to work extended hours, and physical requirements such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and vision abilities. Pay and benefits disclosure includes a budgeted pay range of $75,000
$95,000 with an uncapped commission structure, competitive benefits, and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
