Support content production by completing hands-on operational and data processing tasks Help monitor content workflows to ensure files, records, and deliverables move through systems accurately Assist with basic troubleshooting of content or system issues and escalate more complex problems when needed Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve content-related questions or errors Track and document issues, updates, and resolutions to help improve team processes Help test workflows and verify data accuracy before content moves to the next production stage Maintain clear documentation and follow established procedures to support consistent output Support additional production and operational needs as assigned Who You Are...
Comfortable with digital tools: You're confident using computers and content systems and can quickly learn new platforms and workflows Organized and communicative: You can manage multiple tasks at once while clearly communicating with teammates and partners Support-driven: You enjoy helping keep operations running smoothly by addressing basic issues and flagging anything that needs extra attention Detail-focused: You pay close attention to content and data accuracy and understand that small mistakes can impact the bigger production process Preferred Skills & Experience
Basic coursework in content-related fields such as digital media, information science, archives, library studies, or digitization-focused programs Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or simple SQL concepts Experience with content operations, data entry, production support, or technical support (internships count) Comfort working with multiple tools and internal systems Helping people discover their story is at the heart of ours. We are pleased to share the base hourly range for this position: $16.51 $20.64 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process.
