Starting in 2020, we developed the Re-Imagined Student Experience Program (RISE Program) which offers year-round internship experiences, in a variety of disciplines to enhance your education and provide hands-on work experience to help launch your career in the medical device industry. We are looking for students interested in a sales career to join our organization and collaborate with our team to bring cutting-edge medical devices to life. Come join our growing team! This role consists of 10-12 weeks during the summer, starting in June and ending in August. RISE students will be working directly with their mentor on projects to aid in the development of life-saving medical device projects, such as: Assisting with lead generation and prospect research Supporting market and account intelligence research initiatives Supporting business development team with CRM updates and data management Participating in team meetings and learning about sales strategies and tactics as it relates to the medical device development and manufacturing industry Learning to articulate value propositions, determine customer needs, gain information, and discuss viable Forj Medical solutions through shadowing business development managers Attending technical and sales training programs to further develop competencies Qualifications and requirements: College student pursuing a degree in business, sales, engineering or a relative field Class status of sophomore or later preferred Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry Available 40 hours/week preferred Available for 1012-week summer RISE program internship Must be eligible to work in the United States Working conditions: Manufacturing environment Office environment EEO statement: Forj Medical provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
