We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our inventory and maintenance operations. This role is perfect for someone who excels at accuracy, organization, and working with data in a fast‑paced environment. You will play a critical part in maintaining inventory records, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across maintenance and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, equipment, and materials.
- Process maintenance reservations and track fulfillment using internal systems.
- Transcribe handwritten and printed materials into digital maintenance logs and databases.
- Create and update documentation, including maintenance error‑code tracking and HR-related forms.
- Verify, organize, and route incoming service requests and parts orders.
- Use Microsoft Excel and database tools to manage scheduling, inventory counts, and equipment data.
- Scan, file, and organize maintenance reports, service records, and other documentation for easy retrieval.
- Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to supervisors.
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts by documenting recurring issues and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in data entry and general clerical tasks.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Outlook and general administrative support.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort working independently and in collaboration with a team.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Office/manufacturing setting with standard hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ $23.00/hr.
