Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Prior experience in fine dining or the food industry is highly valued, along with familiarity with POS systems and food safety standards.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using SpotOn POS system
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to sanitation standards
• Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially in fine dining
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous
• Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
• Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and hospitality standards is beneficial

Pay: $17.00 per hour
