As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food handling, inventory control, and staff supervision.

Duties

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality in food preparation and service.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the culinary or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in casual dining or hotel environments is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A background in catering or coffee service is a plus.
