Multifamily Assistant Property Manager

Multi Family Property Assistant Manager:

Our company aims to recruit highly motivated and committed professionals to join our apartment management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, handling administrative duties, processing maintenance requests, and coordinating meetings with all team members.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with residents by performing duties such as collecting rent, making repairs, and checking in on all apartments.
• Handle tenant issues and complaints.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, painting, and other building projects.
• Ensure that the apartment is meeting state and federal housing codes.
• Deal with refusals to pay rent.
• Have a good eye for interior decoration.
• Be able to communicate clearly with the team and our residents
• Have a variety of professional skills related to the maintenance of an apartment building.

Daily Tasks:

• Completing lease paperwork.
• Collecting rent payments.
• Showing apartments to prospective tenants.
• Ensuring that the facilities meet state safety codes.
• Solving conflicts.

Being bilingual is highly recommended but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
