What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle a large volume of patient calls while ensuring quality customer service and satisfaction
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while managing sensitive information
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during patient interactions
- Complete additional customer service duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical customer service role preferred
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
- Experience with medical billing systems required; familiarity with GE Centricity or EPIC is a plus
