What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle a large volume of patient calls while ensuring quality customer service and satisfaction
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while managing sensitive information
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during patient interactions
• Complete additional customer service duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical customer service role preferred
• Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
• Experience with medical billing systems required; familiarity with GE Centricity or EPIC is a plus
