RN Nursing Supervisor 11p-7a

Harbor House is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a Full Time RN Nursing Supervisor on our 11pm-7am shift We are located in the beautiful, seaside community of Hingham, just off of Route 3A and near public transportation The right candidates will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and have the ability to lead.

Nursing Supervisor Shifts: 11pm-7am Monday - Friday / On Call Every 7 Weeks.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. -Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for 11p-7a Nursing Supervisor:

• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
• On-Call every few weeks
