Position Overview:
We're hiring a Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep Assistant to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role is essential to our rhythm and flow, ensuring that every plate shines and every prep task contributes to the magic of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment with speed and care
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish station, floors, and back-of-house areas
• Assist with light kitchen prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
• Support chefs and line cooks with restocking and basic food handling
• Follow health and safety standards with precision and pride
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture

• Reliability, hustle, and a strong work ethic
• A calm, focused presence—even during busy service
• Willingness to learn and grow within a high-standard environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
