Electrician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, supporting residential, industrial and commercial electrical projects. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across construction sites and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience with high and low voltage systems, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing various hand and power tools in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings according to NEC standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate wiring and system setup.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics to perform electrical tasks efficiently.
• Work on construction sites performing wiring, conduit installation, and system upgrades.
• Maintain safety protocols when working with high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
• Document work performed and report any issues or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with knowledge of NEC regulations.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and using testing instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
• Experience working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment.
• Construction site experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a construction environment adhering to all safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus but not mandatory for all roles. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of handling complex electrical tasks across various environments while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
