Operations Manager(Construction)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operations Manager specializing in Construction to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive industry knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Lead and motivate construction teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness on-site.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource utilization, and operational metrics for executive review.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or OSHA certification are preferred but not required. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to operational excellence in construction management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
