Senior Solution Consultant

Base Salary: USD 200,000

We are hiring a
senior, customer-facing Solution Architect
to help shape how leading insurers adopt and scale a next-generation insurance technology platform.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with enterprise insurance clients—owning solution design from discovery through implementation—while acting as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders. This is a highly visible role with real influence over product direction and client success.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end
  solution design
  for complex insurance technology deployments
• Translate insurer business requirements into scalable, technically sound architectures
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful pre- and post-sales outcomes
• Act as a subject-matter expert across core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing, underwriting)
• Support enterprise evaluations, RFPs, and executive-level technical discussions
• Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience
  as a Solution Architect / Solution Consultant in
  insurance technology
• Strong background working with insurers, MGAs, or insurtech platforms
• Deep understanding of insurance workflows and core systems
• Proven experience in
  client-facing, consultative roles
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-directed, high-performing individual comfortable working in a
  remote-first environment
