Duties

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation system management, and general gardening tasks
• Lead and motivate a team of landscaping professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain safety standards
• Coordinate landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and quality results
• Conduct inspections of landscaped areas to identify maintenance needs or issues with trees, lawns, or irrigation systems
• Train team members on proper horticultural techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in landscape care
• Manage inventory of tools, plants, fertilizers, and other supplies necessary for landscape maintenance
• Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations for landscape improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, gardening, tree care, and irrigation systems
• Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping or construction environment
• Knowledge of construction practices related to outdoor spaces and landscape installation projects
• Ability to identify plant health issues and perform basic tree care procedures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with clients or stakeholders
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and operate landscaping equipment safely

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
