About The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time crew members at Taco Bell - Stewartville. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Whether greeting customers at the front counter, taking orders, preparing food in the kitchen, or assisting with various operational tasks, your contribution will be vital to creating a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

  • Adhere to proper safe handling techniques for all food items and chemicals used within the restaurant
  • Monitor and evaluate the kitchen environment to anticipate and respond to team members' needs
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including the kitchen, loading dock, and utility spaces
  • Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists to ensure operational standards are met
  • Proactively promote a safe and secure environment for all staff and guests, identifying hazards and alerting management as necessary
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a positive, memorable experience
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Contribute positive energy and enthusiasm, striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Support team members and collaborate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
