Job Description
The Fat Choy Manager is responsible to oversee all restaurant operations and is a vital part of the Eureka Las Vegas management team.Apply at Salary starts at 65,000 D.O.E. Eureka Las Vegas is a flexible and family oriented business
Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and health standards are met.
• Oversee serving, bussing and kitchen staff to ensure customer service standards are met, including handling customer complaints and concerns.
• Manage and control food cost and inventory.
• Assist in revenue growth ideas and plans.
• Manage staffing and payroll, including assisting in onboarding and offboarding.
• Establish training program for the outlet.
• Maintain menu and POS system (Agilysis).
• Analyze menu mix and other metrics to advise on potential changes to restaurant.
• Safeguard company assets and perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
• Through knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Performs related work as required or assigned.

Required Education
Experience in Asian American and/or casino restaurant Experience in Agilysis POS system High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand a variety of instructions furnished in a written, oral or diagram from in English. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints
Required Experience
Previous Restaurant management (2 years) required, especially in food cost and staffing management.
