We're seeking an experienced
Catering General Manager
to lead a highly successful, upscale catering operation with a strong reputation for corporate VIP events and customized private celebrations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.

About the Role

• Oversee all catering operations for a $6M+ portfolio focused on high-end corporate and private events
• Lead a team of 100+ catering employees, with direct oversight of the Executive Chef, Director of Sales, and Director of Events
• Full ownership of P&L, labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Serve as the senior point of leadership, reporting directly to the COO
• Drive continued growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years (10+ preferred) in senior catering leadership or event-driven foodservice
• Deep experience with upscale, scratch catering for corporate events and/or weddings, galas, or Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable leading large, diverse teams across culinary, sales, and event staff
• Experience managing high-profile events and clients a strong plus
