Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and organize products to maintain an attractive store environment
• Conduct upselling by recommending additional products that meet customer needs
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
• Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory counts
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during busy weekends
• Prepare menu items from the grill according to company recipes

Requirements

• Prior experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred
• Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers and team members
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for retail math calculations and cash handling tasks
• Prior experience with cooking is preferred
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods during shifts
