Pay Range: $50,000-$71,000
What You'll Do (Essential Duties And Responsibilities)

  • Planning and execution of marketing driven ecommerce initiatives for all TSI brands, Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster.
  • Set up and maintain online product mix and inventory along with any site promotional activities via a CMS platform (ie. Shopify, WordPress, Hubspot, Wagtail, etc.).
  • Regular quality assurance across all Tempur Sealy brand ecommerce channels. This includes monitoring for content accuracy, messaging, pricing and legal requirements.
  • Monitor site operations to assure consumers are experiencing efficient shopping experience - this includes troubleshooting, and upkeep of site inventory, pricing and promotions, product assortment, product launches, product registration and review set-up, etc.
  • Building marketing and trigger emails using HTML templates and Adobe DreamWeaver.
  • Manipulating creative files in Adobe Photoshop and/or XD.
  • Building and scheduling campaigns and audiences in an ESP (ie. Klaviyo, SFMC, Mail Chimp, Campaign Monitor).
  • Processing large amounts of data in Excel using formulas, vlookups, etc. Creating basic analytical reports and presentations of key metrics and performance data.
  • Support the monitoring and action of order triage. This includes processing issues and communication to stakeholders of issues and resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability and create positive consumer experience pre and post purchase.
  • Collaborate with third-party web developers to build and improve consumer friendly processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to find cost-effective business practices.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure content accuracy for all product copy and storytelling. This includes product management, sales, graphics, customer support, brand management, and other relevant departments.
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize, plan, and pivot quickly as consumer and leadership. expectations change.
  • Express information and key points of a topic clearly and concisely.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
