Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee bar and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies; assist in restocking as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the highest quality of products served.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment; address any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service during peak hours.

Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
- A willingness to learn about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and food safety practices is essential.
