Job Summary

The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and prioritizing service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and corporate service platforms. This is a full-time salaried role starting at $43,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and prioritize incoming service calls
• Schedule and coordinate technicians' daily routes
• Communicate with customers regarding service timelines and updates
• Coordinate correspondence with manufacturers, corporate offices, and service networks
• Prepare and process service estimates
• Monitor the service email after hours, including nights and weekends (as assigned)
• Manage and track service contracts
• Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, and data entry
• Support overall service department operations

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or administrative support preferred (but not required)
• Comfort with technology and software platforms; willingness to learn our service systems
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
