Job Summary

This is a NEW Mediterranean Restaurant off of Garden of the Gods Rd and has been operating since December 27th.

Urgently hiring experienced staff to keep up with the pace of customers.

We will arrange interviews ASAP for the next week.

The owner runs two small businesses and works closely with staff. This means flexible scheduling and consistently upholding fair treatment.

8 hour shifts ranging from 10am to 9pm Monday - Friday.

Pay: *start at $12.16/hourly + Shared Tips

$15.16 hourly including Shared Tips

Starting pay will average $15.16 statewide minimum wage or MORE with shared tips included.

*There are opportunities for increased hourly pay after evaluating performance.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.

-Assist in the cooking process by preparing sauces, proteins, and other components.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

-Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.

-Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.

-Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment.

-Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.

-Knowledge of food handling practices and dietary guidelines.

-Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
