Production Supervisor-P.M. SHIFT

This position ensures that daily production is as efficient as possible and makes sure that client's linen is processed accurately and delivered according to schedule.

· Lead, supervise, and direct teams by proper motivation

· Prepare work schedules for production employees

· Assist shift supervisor with daily production

· Take production standards and review with employees and shift supervisor (provide feedback)

· Provide daily work assignments

· Ensure a safe working environment for all employees

· Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations

· Identify and acknowledge outstanding employee performance, as well as, not acceptable behavior

· Complete hotel inventories

· Will be required to perform other duties as requested and/or assigned by immediate supervisor or management group

· Turn in any paperwork at end of shift

· High school or equivalent

· 3 years supervisory experience or 1 year industry experience

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Able to meet production levels

· Able to obey and follow orders from immediate supervisor and/or management group

· Perform basic math operations
