School-Based Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time, Flexible, and Hybrid (part time in person/part time virtual)

Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as the Supervising SLP for a middle school site.

This part-time, fully flexible position is perfect for an SLP who thrives in a collaborative, school-based environment while enjoying the convenience and balance of working a hybrid model (virtual/in person). You'll provide supervision and support to an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and collaborate with the school's IEP team to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective services.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual direct and indirect supervision to the onsite SLPA.
• Complete all required documentation, including progress reports, supervision logs, and billing.
• Conduct In Person initial and triennial evaluations and prepare comprehensive assessment reports.
• Attend IEP and SST meetings virtually to collaborate with the educational team.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
• Maintain regular communication with the IEP team, teachers, and parents.
• Ensure all services meet district, state, and ASHA supervision standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP License and ASHA CCC-SLP
• PPS Credential (preferred but not required)
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and mentorship skills
• Comfortable using virtual platforms for supervision, meetings, and documentation
