Nutrition Aide/Cook

POSITION:

• Nutrition Aide for the Roselawn location.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Driver's License required
• Part Time: 28 hrs/week - Monday through Thursday 8am to 3:30pm with occasional Fridays required.
• Benefits include holiday and bereavement pay.
• Fingerprint Background Check must be completed and passed before 1st day of employment

PREFERRED:

• Serv Safe certification
• Experience working with food service

DUTIES:

• Prepare breakfast for maximum of 18 children + 3 staff
• Serve vended lunches, ensuring proper temperatures & food storage
• Ensure kitchen is kept clean according to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule
• Assist with overall site cleaning
• Complete & organize required paperwork
• Complete grocery shopping at local grocery store
• Assist in classroom and with classroom staff breaks, as needed
• Communicates with site staff and management team openly and regularly

All positions must be able to pass a health exam, TB, criminal record check, and drug test.

Pay: $12.32 per hour
