Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Must be able to work weekends when needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
• Handle customer support requests efficiently, resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Provide support as needed for personal assistant tasks or special projects.

Experience

• Previous experience in an office or front desk environment is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in multiple languages enhances communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational abilities to maintain efficient office operations.
• A background in customer support or personal assistant roles will be considered beneficial.
