Frac Sand Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Frac Sand Hauler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting frac sand to and from well sites, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety, compliance, and company standards. This position requires drivers who can handle high-pressure environments, adapt to oilfield conditions, and maintain professionalism when dealing with dispatch, customers, and other team members.

Duties

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to haul frac sand to oilfield locations.
• Load and unload frac sand using Sand Box Trailers or Belly Dumps or other required methods.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company regulations regarding HOS (Hours of Service), logbooks, and inspections.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, well site personnel, and other drivers regarding schedules, delays, and operational updates.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols while working in oilfield environments.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, including bills of lading, delivery tickets, and inspection reports.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance.
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and extended hours, as frac operations are 24/7.

Requirements

• CDL Class A with clean driving record required.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred (oilfield/frac hauling experience a plus).
• H2S Certification
• SandTrax Certification (Can be obtained)
• PEC Card
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and oilfield safety procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work at least 4 weeks on and 1 week off.

Compensation

• 26 - 30% of total gross paid weekly

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1, $1,600.00 per week
