Project Manager Associate (PMA)
Restoration & Reconstruction - Kitsap County, WA (with expansion into other Puget Sound regions) - Full-Time + Performance Growth Path
About Poseidon Restoration
Poseidon Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction. We operate with clear financial standards, strong systems, and a culture built on accountability, professionalism, and doing things the right way.
This role is designed for someone who wants to become a Project Manager, not just assist one.
The Role
The Project Manager Associate (PMA) is a development role designed to train future Project Managers. You will work directly under a Project Manager and General Manager, learning how to run jobs end-to-end — from scope and documentation to scheduling, customer communication, and financial controls. This is a high-accountability role with a clear promotion path.
What You'll Be Learning & Doing
- Assist PMs with job setup, scheduling, and execution
- Support documentation (photos, notes, job files, compliance)
- Help manage scopes, change orders, and supplements
- Coordinate crews, vendors, and subcontractors
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters
- Track job progress, timelines, and budgets
- Support invoicing and collections processes
- Learn margin management and cost control
- Participate in job reviews and after-action debriefs
Financial & Performance Expectations
You will be trained to understand Poseidon's margin standards. You are expected to learn how decisions in the field affect profitability, schedule, and customer experience.
